Bibimbap, meaning 'mixed rice,' is one of Korea's most iconic and visually stunning dishes. At Diane's Kitchen, we serve our Bibimbap in a traditional hot stone pot (dolsot), which creates a deliciously crispy layer of rice at the bottom while keeping everything piping hot. The bowl is artfully arranged with seasoned vegetables including spinach, bean sprouts, carrots, mushrooms, and zucchini, each prepared separately to preserve their unique flavors and textures. Topped with your choice of beef, chicken, or tofu, a perfectly fried egg, and a generous dollop of spicy gochujang sauce.

The beauty of Bibimbap lies in the experience – you receive it beautifully presented with each ingredient in its own section, then mix everything together at the table with the gochujang sauce.
